Bermuda bay has been around for a long time. It still looks in really good shape for the age. They are still recovering from the hurricanes on the back porches. Which is normal all over St.Pete. Everyone is still recovering. Back in the day it was young professionals and college students going to Eckerd college. It looks like it is mostly a retirement community now.

First place I ever lived in the USA Super safe gated patrolled Manicured grounds Great neighbors and neighborhood No short term lease or reckless pets Definitely no Booming car stereos HoA strong and participant Water and basic cable included Absolutely fabulous private intercoastal beach with stupendous sunset views on a 8 person hot tub Heated pools are a must in the winter This place is a true hidden precious gem

Quiet atmosphere, friendly people! We felt at home while we where there. Two very nice pools, bay access, and two laundry buildings. The condo we stayed in was tastefully decorated and very beachy :) We were just a short drive from several favorite beaches. Pass A Grille was among my favorites! We will definitely look into staying there again with our family of four next trip!
